Abstract

In the humanity history there was the custom or writen law system in the control of society. And all these legal system was domanited on the public opinion. It was true that won’t be able to deny. The legal system of Muslims was domanited to their beliefs, customs, traditions and rituals. Muslims were also established their law system of government and the system of international law. In this article, Imam al-Sarakhsiy regulates this legal system of Muslims, and even writes a thirty-volume work, al-mabsut, in the usual codified nature, as well as an important book of special international law, Sharkh al-Siyar al-Kabir. And finally, we’ll research as Imam Sarakhsiy’s influence on the modern international legal systems.
