HYGIENIC ASSESSMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION OF MEALS FOR STUDENTS OF THE MEDICAL FACULTY OF OSH STATE UNIVERSITY

The nutritional characteristics of students and their observance of the rules of healthy eating were investigated. The analysis of nutrition was carried out by a questionnaire-survey method. The questionnaire was attended by 230 students of the medical faculty of OSHSU aged 19 to 25 years, of which: boys - 90 (39%), girls -140 (61%). As you know, balanced nutrition is an integral part of human well-being, since it takes a significant part in the development of physical, mental and social well-being. "Burning yourself, shine on others" - the motto of medical students actually takes place in everyday life. Therefore, the doctor needs a large supply of energy and Health to illuminate the patient's life path. Medical students have one of the highest learning densities. Due to their heavy workload and lack of free time, they often pay insufficient attention to nutrition. As you know, nutrition is one of the components of human health. Therefore, it is extremely important for students to carry out explanatory work on the basic principles of rational nutrition.
