Аннотация

В эпоху цифровых технологий процессы документооборота сопровождаются такими проблемами, как безопасность и целостность данных. Технология блокчейн широко используется для решения этой проблемы. Блокчейн — это инновационная мета технология с огромным потенциалом и преимуществами. В данном исследовании мы обсудили влияние технологии блокчейн на процессы документооборота, а также был проведен систематический анализ статей и научных публикаций, написанных в период с 2014 по 2024 год. Объем исследования ограничился базами данных Web of Science и Scopus, было изучено 517 статей за последние десять лет. В результатах исследования обсуждено современное состояние и значение технологии блокчейн в системах документооборота, а также отмечены преимущества, недостатки и проблемы данной сферы. На основе этих результатов определены несколько исследовательских вопросов и направлений, которые будут полезны для ученых и специалистов.
