Abstract

This article studies data on the effect of tobacco combustion products on tumor cell transformation due to smoking. The detection of tumors, associated with nicotine, one of the main products of tobacco combustion, is becoming more frequent and the result of the abuse of bad habits. The purpose of the current scientific paper is to study third-year students of the Medical faculty in the specialty of general medicine, of whom 15 girls, and 37 men, on the presence of smokers among them and on the risk of developing cell transformation in them. The results of online testing of 52 students are given. Recommendations for the prevention of the process of tumor transformation of cells caused by the abuse of cigarettes are proposed in the paper.
