The article examines the current state of the system of advanced training and retraining of teaching staff in the Kyrgyz Republic. Based on the analysis of regulatory documents, statistical data and expert assessments, the key features of the functioning of this system, as well as factors influencing its effectiveness, are identified. The article identifies current areas for further development, including improving retraining mechanisms, expanding methodological support and creating conditions for wider access of teachers to modern educational resources.
