Abstract

This scientific article examines the phenomenon of emotional burnout of teachers, its main causes, psychological and professional manifestations, as well as ways to overcome and prevent it. Emotional burnout is characterized by psychological exhaustion and decreased motivation resulting from professional stress. The article analyzes and evaluates such factors as teachers' working conditions, social pressure and high demands on professional work that affect the emotional state of the teacher. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the proposal of a comprehensive approach to maintaining the health and professional effectiveness of the teacher, which emphasizes the importance of support systems, responsible attitude and self-regulation skills, ways to overcome it and organizational measures to prevent this condition based on scientific sources and personal experience.
