WORLDVIEW TASKS OF BIOETHICS IN HEALTHCARE

Abstract

The article analyzes the content and role of worldview as a spiritual phenomenon. The importance of ideological principles in human activity is emphasized. The relevance of the problems associated with bioethics is explained by the change in the value orientations of medicine and science, through which the humanization of medicine is ensured. The revolution in biomedical technology emphasizes that science serves the interests of man, not "man for science", and that it is important to preserve the biosocial integrity of man. The role of philosophy and the humanities in the formation of a worldview in accordance with the level of development of science, practice and culture is considered. Bioethical pluralism is assessed as one of the main achievements of democratic development and the necessity in these conditions for the formation of moral, humane approach is determined.
