The main method of renal replacement therapy is programmed hemodialysis, which is used in most patients with chronic kidney disease in the final, terminal stage. Arterial hypotension caused by the hemodialysis procedure increases the risk of vascular access thrombosis, significantly reduces the quality of life of patients, reduces life expectancy and is a risk factor for death. The article presents the results of a study of 40 patients (100%), of which 14 are women (35%), 26 are men (65%), patients with CRF with a complication in the form of hypotension receiving a hemodialysis procedure, recommendations for the prevention of excessive hypotension are proposed, an analysis of the causes of deaths for 2021 in the hemodialysis center of the city is also carried out Osh.
