Abstract

The article was devoted to the features and importance of teaching the mathematics subject integrated with other subjects in order to acquire professional skills in the formation of mathematical concepts for the students of the pedagogical college. In the article, the features of integrated teaching of mathematics with native studies, art and other subjects within the educational process of primary school students were presented. Integrated lessons contribute to the formation of concepts about the unified scientific picture of the world, serve to develop students' ability to assimilate knowledge, thinking, increase cognitive interest, and develop sustained attention. Implementation of interdisciplinary connections through integrated lessons helps to eliminate formalities in mastering mathematical concepts and forms professional skills for students of pedagogical college.
