Смартфондордо караңгы режимди колдонуу акыркы жылдары кеңири жайылып, айрыкча өспүрүмдөр арасында анын көрүү саламаттыгына, окумдуулукка жана циркаддык ритмдерге тийгизген таасири боюнча илимий кызыгуу күч алууда. Караңгы режим салттуу ачык фондун ордуна караңгы фонду жана ачык түстөгү текстти колдонуу менен көздүн чарчоосун азайтуу жана көк жарыктын таасирин төмөндөтүү максатын көздөйт.
