Abstract

Hemorrhagic cerebral infarction is an acute infarction that occurs due to hemorrhage in the brain or subventricular membranes, causing damage to the central nervous system. The problem of acute cerebrovascular accident has high rates of mortality and disability. Hypertension plays an important role in the etiology of hemorrhagic strokes. Chronic arterial hypertension leads to damage to the perforating arteries of the brain and the formation of microaneurysms. The optimal surgical treatment of hemorrhagic strokes is still unclear. This study analyzes the results of surgical treatment of hemorrhagic strokes in order to improve approaches and determine their role in reducing mortality and improving functional outcomes. The study includes an analysis of the treatment results of 82 patients operated in republican hospitals of the Kyrgyz Republic. The treatment was carried out in 2019-2021 in the Department of Neurosurgery. Various methods of surgical intervention were used. The assessment of the patients' condition included the Glasgow Coma Scale and diagnostic methods such as CT and MRI of the brain.

In general, this study demonstrates the importance of early diagnosis and surgical intervention in stroke intracerebral hematoma. However, it also emphasizes that the results of surgery and recovery may vary depending on the size of the hematoma, the presence of dislocation, the state of consciousness and the presence of paresis or paralysis
