THE INFLUENCE OF THE AGE OF PREGNANT WOMEN OVER 35 YEARS ON THE STRUCTURE OF CHILDBIRTH IN OSH REGION

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the course of pregnancy and childbirth in women over 35 years of age, which is an urgent problem of modern obstetrics. The data of births that occurred in the Osh Interregional Clinical Hospital for the period 2011-2015 is analyzed, taking into account factors affecting the course of pregnancy, obstetric and extragenital complications, as well as methods of delivery. It has been established that with increasing age, the frequency of premature and delayed labor, complications such as anemia, preeclampsia, infections of the genitourinary system, and weakness of labor increases, which leads to an increase in the number of surgical deliveries, in particular cesarean sections. The work highlights the importance of early pregnancy planning and careful medical supervision of women of late reproductive age, in particular over 35 years of age, to minimize risks.
