DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENTIFIC AND INNOVATION IN THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF EURASIAN INTEGRATION IN 2015-2024

Relevance. In this article, the authors substantiate and propose a set of indicators characterizing scientific and innovative development. Based on these indicators, a comprehensive analysis of development trends in the scientific and innovative sphere of the EAEU for 2015-2024 was conducted. The proposed indicators include groups of indicators in the following main areas: prerequisites for scientific and innovative development, opportunities for scientific and innovative development, the effectiveness of creating intellectual property, as well as the effectiveness of using intellectual property. These indicators are considered in relation to the Kyrgyz Republic and the EAEU as a whole. Based on the results of this comparative analysis, conclusions are drawn on the assessment of the state and prospects of scientific and innovative development of the Kyrgyz Republic within the EAEU. The comprehensive analysis also found that the Kyrgyz Republic as a whole corresponds to the development trends in the scientific and innovative sphere of the EAEU, but is characterized by greater efficiency in the processes of creating intellectual property.
