Abstract

Relevance. The paper discusses the design and development of a web-based management system for projects, participants and events of the public foundation "Demilgeluu, Ishker Aialdar" using Python and Django. The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that nonprofit organizations need an integrated digital environment for maintaining participant records, planning events, supervising projects and preparing reports, while in practice these tasks are often handled through spreadsheets, messengers and isolated files. The purpose of the study is to develop an architectural and applied solution that centralizes the foundation's key management processes and improves data transparency. The study applies requirements analysis, functional modeling, relational database design and component-based web application design. A modular system structure is proposed, including project management, participant management, event planning, registration, reporting and access control administration. The choice of Django is justified by its support for rapid domain modeling, secure form processing, built-in authentication and a convenient administrative interface. The practical value of the paper lies in the fact that the proposed solution can be used as a basis for the digital transformation of a public foundation and for further development of the master's research.
