Abstract

The article deals with the multiplicity of affixes in the Kyrgyz language, their allomorphs. Along with this, there is an abundance of homonymous and antonymous affixes in the Kyrgyz language. In this article, homonymous are analyzed and, based on a number of examples, explanations are given about their occurrence and it is indicated from which languages they were mastered. Due to the fact that the appearance of synonym affixes are closely connected with the ancient history of the Kyrgyz language, one can see homonymous morphemes that came from related and unrelated languages.  Most often, there are affixes of words from the Tungus-Manchurian languages, which were once close to the Kyrgyz language.  Along with this, the homonymous series are made up of borrowings from the Iranian, Tajik, Iraqi languages used in various fields.  Moreover, in the Kyrgyz language there are cases when, we say, affixes, adopted from the Farsi language have moved over time from the affix level to the lexical level.
