MODERN APPROACHES TO EDUCATION OF TEENAGERS

The article considers modern approaches to the education of adolescents in the context of a rapidly changing socio-cultural space. In the context of digitalization, transformation of social norms and increasing psycho-emotional stress on the younger generation, traditional methods of education are becoming less effective. An analysis of such approaches as humanistic pedagogy, personality-oriented education, social project activities, coaching technologies and mediation is carried out. Particular attention is paid to the role of family, school and digital environment as the main institutions of socialization of adolescents. The need for the integration of psychological and pedagogical resources, as well as interdisciplinary interaction is noted. Prospects for the development of educational practice with an emphasis on emotional intelligence, critical thinking and value self-awareness of adolescents are outlined. The article is intended for teachers, psychologists, graduate students and all specialists interested in improving educational work with adolescents.
