Abstract

The success of transformations in Kyrgyzstan is largely related to ensuring the transition from an industrial to a post-industrial society based on sustainable and stable progress, the formation of a socially oriented model of public relations. The characteristic features of the modern stage of development of general secondary education are the following: education for all – a variety of educational programs focused on high-quality education for all children; consideration of the interests and needs of the individual student and society as a whole; maximum development of the child's abilities regardless of the socio-economic and social status of his family, gender, nationality, religion; development of a value system and relations corresponding to a multinational society; a personality-oriented educational process that takes into account and develops the individual abilities of students, forming their procedural skills; adaptation of young people to the changing social conditions of society; openness of education, ensuring the availability of knowledge and information to wide social strata of various regions.
