This article examines the application of integral equations to the modeling of queuing systems and the optimization of supply chains. It is demonstrated that the use of integral models makes it possible to account for cumulative demand, delivery delays, and the distribution of customers among service facilities. Analytical and numerical methods for solving integral equations are presented, and an example of inventory and resource management optimization is discussed. The results of this study can be applied to improve the efficiency of logistics processes and reduce customer waiting time.
