This article presents a literature review on the social rehabilitation of children with physical disabilities. Based on the analysis of peer-reviewed international and regional studies, the paper examines theoretical approaches to social rehabilitation, the role of inclusive education, family support, and social environment accessibility. Special attention is paid to practices in the Osh region, including inclusive schools, family support projects, and interagency initiatives. The study also considers socio-economic and cultural aspects of the region and draws on experiences from Central Asian countries. The review highlights the importance of an integrated, intersectoral, and socially oriented approach to the rehabilitation and social inclusion of children with physical disabilities.
