This article examines the impact of transport-related air pollution in Osh on the social vulnerability of people with disabilities from a social work perspective. A sequential mixed-methods design was used, including a systematic literature review of the past five years, spatial analysis of local data, and qualitative interviews with key stakeholders. Local data on the causes of disability, vulnerability stratification, and practical recommendations for social services and municipal authorities are included. The results demonstrate that transport pollution exacerbates access barriers, economic burdens, and social exclusion, and reduces the effectiveness of social interventions. Interagency protocols, mobile services, and the integration of environmental indicators into social work practices are needed to mitigate these impacts.
