Abstract

Jerusalem is one of the sacred and significant places, esteemed through the grace of Almighty Allah. The history of Jerusalem has deep roots, reaching back to the dawn of humanity. Moreover, the Palestinian region where Jerusalem is located is considered a Holy Land where prophets of monotheistic religions once lived. Therefore, Jerusalem is recognized as a city where Judaism, Christianity, and Islam originated and continues to preserve its sanctity to this day. This article analyzes the historical significance of Jerusalem in the context of these three monotheistic religions.
