Abstract

The article presents the results of an experiment aimed at improving the educational level of master's students through the organization of a learning process focused on learning outcomes. The research was conducted within the framework of academic disciplines in the field of "Physics and Mathematics Education." During the experiment, a methodology was tested for shaping learning outcomes for each discipline in the curriculum, selecting appropriate content and teaching technologies to achieve those outcomes, and developing tools for assessing the achieved learning results. The findings confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed approach and showed improved academic performance among the master's students. The results of this study may be useful for educational program directors and instructors seeking to enhance educational programs and course curricula.
