This article analyzes current problems of personality formation in the conditions of Kyrgyzstan, in particular, using the example of the family of M.N. Nazarov. Particular attention is paid to the role of education and training in the development and formation of the personality of future scientists and teachers. It is education and training that are the fundamental factors in revealing the talents and abilities of students. Therefore, M. Nazarov’s family believed in the powerful power of pedagogy and instilled in their children faith and love of science from an early age. As a result of painstaking work, 6 mathematicians emerged from M. Nazarov’s family, including 5 candidates of science. The article widely covers the career path of the candidate of pedagogical sciences, professor Madamin Nazarov, who graduated from the Osh State Pedagogical Institute with honors in 1955. Thus, Professor M.N. Nazarov is the head of a family of scientists, a man who gave his sons and daughters a decent upbringing. The work widely analyzes the work of M.N. Nazarov as a teacher and major scientist who made a great contribution to the development of pedagogical science. This analysis of the labor and scientific-pedagogical activities of M.N. Nazarov will give a new impetus to understanding the role of modern sciences.
