The article examines the phenomenon of abuse of law in the sphere of corporate legal relations. The forms, methods and consequences of such abuses are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to judicial practice and the possibilities of counteracting the unfair behavior of corporate participants. A conclusion is made about the need to improve legislative and law enforcement mechanisms
