The article examines the features of international legal regulation of the protection of the rights of migrants from the Kyrgyz Republic. Key international documents that enshrine the norms of protection of migrants, as well as Kyrgyzstan's participation in these agreements, are analyzed. The problems of implementing international norms in national legislation and the practice of their application are considered.
