STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT AS A FACTOR OF COMPETITIVENESS OF ORGANIZATION

The article deals with topical problems and questions of the methodology of strategic management at the enterprise in modern conditions, characterized by a high level of uncertainty in the external environment. The aim of the study is to update the theoretical and methodological approaches to strategic management in modern enterprises under conditions of uncertainty. The methodological basis of the article is the provisions of the theories of strategic management, economic analysis, business economics, as well as the concept of uncertainty in the management of socio-economic systems. The article updates the concepts of "strategy" and "strategic management" from the point of view of the concept of uncertainty, describes approaches to strategic management and, in particular, to planning at an enterprise under conditions of uncertainty.
