Аннотация

Маанилүүлүк. Акыркы он жылдыктарда ар кандай секторлордогу эл аралык долбоорлор үчүн каржылоонун ар кандай моделдери, стратегиялары жана формалары жеткиликтүү болуп калды. Академиялык терминдер менен айтканда, өзгөчө экологиялык жана туруктуулук илимдери жаатында, долбоордун талапкерлери, адатта, социалдык же бизнести өнүктүрүүгө багытталган илимий гранттардын же гранттардын ортосунда тандоого туш болушат. Көп учурда жана парадоксалдуу түрдө, бул карама-каршылык гранттык өтүнмөнүн этабында жоюлууга туура келет, анткени көптөгөн донорлор тиешелүү долбоордун башка секторлорго жана аймактарга күтүлгөн таасирин так сүрөттөп берүүнү талап кылат.
