ENVIRONMENTAL LAW AS A MEANS OF ENSURING PUBLIC INTERESTS

Abstract

In this pack, the authors address the question of whether public interests in the field of regulating public relations in relation to nature should be ensured in environmental law. It is established that public interests related to nature and its resources are secured by many areas of public law, but first of all by environmental law, since exclusively public relations in the field of interaction of society and nature are the subject of their legal regulation. Special attention is paid to the role and importance of natural resources in the life and activities of man and society. Based on the analysis of ecological and legal doctrine, the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic and other normative legal acts, it was found that natural resources have the potential to satisfy the different needs of ecological, economic, scientific, aesthetic and other character, public interests in the sphere of interaction of society and nature as a whole of the interests of citizens, social groups, society and the state, and are not limited only to the actual ecological interests. The authors pay special attention to the fact that natural resources act as a special object of the right of ownership, use and protection.
