ACTIVITIES OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES OSH REGION OF THE KYRGYZ SSR DURING THE GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR (historical and law aspect)

Abstract

During the Great Patriotic War, the police, the prosecutor's office and the courts worked conscientiously, exercising their powers and duties in the field of law enforcement. Based on archival data, the scientific article reveals the activities of law enforcement agencies in the Osh region from 1941 to 1945, where the main function is the protection of law, security and law and order, the protection of human rights and human freedoms, of course, the fight against crime. State authorities throughout the territory of our Motherland exercised powers related to ensuring the rule of law, law and order and public security during the war period. Studying archival materials, the author of the article reveals the features of the work of the police, prosecutors and courts during the war. The main aspects of law enforcement were the protection and protection of socialist property, the search for criminals, the search for homeless children, and control over the passport regime. In the process of research, formal-logical, system-structural and other scientific research methods were used.
