CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE FAMILY

The article is devoted to the comparative law study of the anchoring of the Institute of Family in the constitutional matter of some modern states. During the study, the authors came to the conclusion that the constitutional legislation of most countries of the world reflected the norm on the priority protection of the interests of the family. The constitutional provisions define the guidelines for the current legislation and the main priorities of the family policy of the state, which will certainly have a positive effect on the overall enforcement and enforcement practice.
