THE ECOLOGICAL CRISIS AND THE LEGAL PROBLEMS OF OVERCOMING IT

Abstract

The article deals with the problems of the relationship between environmental protection and environmental protection measures, including the problems of the organizational mechanism of environmental protection in the process of ensuring ecological safety. In particular, the problems concern the rational use of natural resources and the state of environmental legislation. The environmental crisis is considered a factor that makes it difficult to ensure the right to a favorable environment and national security. The article describes both the theoretical and legal problems in the field of ecology and environmental protection, as well as the ways to improve them, in addition, the author defines the legal term “the ecological crisis in the country and the ways to solve it”.
