CONTRACT FOR THE REMUNERATION OF HEALTH SERVICES AS THE BASIS FOR REGULATING RELATIONS ON TRANSPLANTATION OF HUMAN ORGANS AND TISSUES

In this article, the author examines the rights and obligations of the patient, which are stipulated in the contract with the medical institution for the transplantation of human organs and tissues in order to protect the patient's health. In modern medical science and practice, the stability of the health of society is developing sufficiently daily, and in the context of the foregoing, it is necessary to protect the rights and interests of man. A feature of the studied relations is, first of all, that the basis for obtaining this type of medical care by the patient, as we mentioned in the previous paragraph of this work, is an act of power - a decision of the commission of health facilities or health facilities of the Kyrgyz Republic.
