COPYRIGHT IN THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY SYSTEM

Abstract

 In this article, the author defines the concept of copyright, considers the specifics of assigning the created results of intellectual property to the objects of copyright, highlights a complex of rights belonging to the authors of the works, analyzes the functions of copyright in the civil law of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Creative activities have always been present in the life of man and led to certain results, the most important of which were and remain inventions; many of them can be called turning points in the development of society as a whole. The law on Intellectual property guarantees the protection of a number of different types of objects resulting from human mental activities (works, inventions, etc.) or conditionally equivalent means of individualization with them, which include trademarks, brand names and other trademarks.
