Abstract

The article covers the criminal law principles that are reflected in the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as those principles that are not included in the law, but are indirectly provided for in the science of criminal law. General legal principles are considered in detail: legality, justice and humanism. Some problems in the implementation of the enshrined principles are noted, in particular: the principle of legality and the principle of equality of citizens before the law.
