THE RIGHT TO A FAVORABLE ENVIRONMENT AND WAYS OF ITS PROTECTION IN THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

Abstract

This article analyzes the right of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic to a favorable environment and the mechanisms for its protection. It examines constitutional guarantees, national legislation, and Kyrgyzstan's international obligations in the field of environmental protection. The paper discusses judicial and administrative methods for protecting environmental rights. Particular attention is paid to the role of public associations and the institution of environmental expertise. The article highlights the main challenges in the realization of environmental rights and proposes ways to improve them
