Abstract

The article deals with the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the notarial sphere and their impact on the efficiency of notarial services. Special attention is paid to the possibilities of artificial intelligence in automatic verification of documents, simplification of signing processes, personal identification and prevention of illegal actions. The notariat remains an important institution for ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and legal entities. Digital technologies, including e-signature, e-governance and artificial intelligence technologies, contribute to improving the quality and accessibility of notarial services
