Abstract

Relevance. In this article, the author analyzes the causes of environmental offenses and suggests measures to prevent them. In view of the growing environmental crisis and the increasing vulnerability of the environment, the emphasis is on identifying factors that contribute to violations of environmental norms. The author is offered a systematic analysis of social, economic and political aspects that can lead to a violation of the ecological balance. 

In addition, it describes important measures that can be taken to prevent such crimes and reduce negative impact on the environment. Ultimately, the article is aimed at promoting the development of effective strategies and policies aimed at preserving environmental sustainability and the well-being of future generations.

The need to create a unified information environment equipped with modern software to monitor the state of the environment online is justified.
