Abstract

The article deals with the issues of the placement of children left without parental care, historically attracted the attention of the state and the public. The main goal of improving the traditional system of placement of children left without parental care is to ensure and harmonize the interests of the child and the person who took him for upbringing. Guardianship (trusteeship), on the one hand, makes it possible to arrange the fate of the child in conditions close to living in a family, on the other hand, it provides an opportunity to establish control over the observance of the rights and interests of citizens.Speaking about the essence of guardianship and guardianship,it should be noted that they are interconnected, since favorable conditions for family education include respect for the personal rights of the child under care, care and maintenance, protection of his property rights.
