CURRENT PROBLEMS OF AGGRESSION OF TEENAGERS TO COMMIT A CRIME

Abstract

This article raises the current problem of aggression, as children who show aggression towards their peers or others as minors may commit other serious crimes as adults, because this problem is the main effort of the state and society to prevent crime.  should be directed to the education of minors.  The article tried to connect the content of ideas about aggression and ways to prevent it, worked in the field of psychology and the system of criminal law. Key words: minors, problems, legal concept, environment, behavior, crime, society, law, offense  , aggression, punishment.  This article deals with the actual problem of juvenile aggression in the commission of crimes, since children who show aggression towards their peers or other persons are more likely to commit other more serious crimes in adulthood, it seems that the main efforts of the state and society to prevent this crime  should be aimed at educating minors.  In the article, an attempt was made to connect the content of ideas about aggression and ways to prevent it, and it was developed in the field of psychology and the system of criminal law.
