LEGAL FORCE OF A COURT JUDGMENT IN CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS

Based on the analysis of the legal and theoretical provisions, as well as the enforcement practice of the courts, the procedural aspects of such an established and generally accepted procedural definition are considered as the legal force of the decision of the court of first instance. Issues related to the entry into force of a court decision have always been extensively discussed in society. The concept of completeness of the legal force of the court is especially relevant in this matter, therefore this article deals with the essence and specifics of the legal force of the court. The information contained in the article confirms that all court decisions during a dispute must have all the features described in the article, otherwise they will be incomplete or limited in part.
