CORRUPTION AS A SOCIAL PHENOMENON

The article is devoted to the consideration and systematization of existing interpretations of the concept of "corruption". Problems that impede the measurement of the corrupt structure of the country's economy are indicated. Overcoming this phenomenon is one of the most important tasks of modern society. But, unfortunately, society has made little progress in the real fight against its manifestations. The article analyzes such a corruption phenomenon as receiving a bribe with indications of shortcomings and problems in the current legislation in the investigation of this type of crime.
