This article is devoted to the topical issues of citizenship of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the constitutions of foreign countries. First of all, there are some problems in the legal regulation of the acquisition of citizenship, including the migration policy of different states. At the same time, the key is the fact that the presence of citizenship, in addition to rights, presupposes the existence of a whole set of mutual obligations, as well as responsibilities between a citizen and the state.
