Abstract

This scientific article examines the place of international commercial arbitration in some countries of the European Union and the Commonwealth of Independent States. The impact of relevant national laws on the activities of arbitration courts and the recognition of decisions of arbitration courts, problems with enforcement. If we emphasize that in some countries the arbitration courts have become traditional courts, this suggests that the legal development of the citizens of this country, the freedom, independence of the courts and the fact that the state creates conditions for citizens. The purpose of the article is to identify problems in the activities of international trade arbitrators in neighboring countries by comparison
