Abstract

The article discusses the regulation of procedural norms of the criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic, its issues and classification. The concept of legal restrictions is analyzed and opinions are considered from different points of view. Based on an analysis of literature and regulatory legal acts, an attempt has been made to define the concept of legal restrictions of the Criminal Law. It was stated that the execution of the criminal law is ensured by such legal means as obligation and legal coercion. The main purpose of procedural rules is to determine the procedure for the implementation and protection of substantive rules of criminal law, and, if necessary, options for their implementation are considered. The purpose and meaning of legal restrictions are described in detail.
