The law provides for the traditional regulation of maternal duty in case of pregnancy and paternity, contracts on the execution of fees in case of pregnancy and paternity, the legal consequences of maternal duty in case of pregnancy and genetic parenthood, and the certificates on the prediction of maternal and paternal duty. Moreover, trends in the development of laws have both positive and negative signs. The effectiveness of national laws in relation to motherhood is shown.
