Copyright and Licensing

The authors of the articles of the journal “Journal of Osh State University. Philosophy. Sociology. Political science” assign the rights to publish the journal to the publisher – Osh State University.

The authorship of the manuscript belongs to those researchers who participated directly in the creation of the manuscript: in the formation of the idea, in writing the article, interpreting the results and made a significant contribution to obtaining scientific results.

Authors can distribute their article in other sources (for instance, in the institutional archive, social networks, etc.) with a mandatory reference to its original publication in this journal.

Authors simultaneously with the submission of the article, license it under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-NC 4.0). The copyright holder of the published work is the publisher - Osh State University.

Under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License, the authors retain the rights to their manuscripts, while allowing everyone to freely download, reuse, reprint, distribute or copy them, with mandatory indication of the authorship of this work and a link to a unique publication in this journal. For all these actions permission from authors or publishers is not required, if the reference is made to the journal.
