A SCIENTIFIC AND INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN CENTRAL ASIA, PARTICULARLY IN THE FERGANA VALLEY IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBALIZATION

Abstract

Abstract: This article presents the author's personal thoughts and observations based on a scientific and innovative approach to sustainable development in Central Asia, particularly in the Fergana Valley, in the context of globalization. It describes scientific and practical ways to coordinate dialogue among scholars—professors, teachers, and students from higher education institutions in these countries—on ensuring sustainable development in the countries of the region (Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan). The article proposes the creation of a department within the Center for Social Research to ensure regional stability and development in Central Asia, particularly in the Fergana Valley. Furthermore, this article develops scientific and practical recommendations for the development of joint research projects among scholars working in their fields at higher education institutions in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and independent states within the Central Asian International Institute of Cooperation and Sustainable Development in Central Asia, particularly in the Fergana Valley. This recommendation also addresses the organization of a Center for Social Research at higher education institutions in these countries, and the implementation of a special research department within the Center, titled "On Sustainable Development of Territories."
