The article examines the subjects of corporate responsibility and its classification in modern law. It analyzes the main approaches to defining the essence of corporate responsibility, identifying key subjects and their role in ensuring the sustainable functioning of corporations. Particular attention is paid to the types of corporate responsibility and their legal regulation in both national and international contexts. Based on the conducted research, the paper provides conclusions and recommendations aimed at improving the corporate responsibility mechanism in order to enhance transparency and protect investors’ interests.
