THE IMPACT OF GLOBALIZATION ON THE CULTURE OF KYRGYZSTAN AND YOUTH VALUES: INTERNATIONAL ASPECTS

Abstract

The article examines the impact of the globalization process on the culture of Kyrgyzstan and the values of young people. Both the positive and negative consequences of globalization for the sociocultural identity of Kyrgyz society, particularly its youth, are considered. It is emphasized that globalization leads to significant changes in social life, including shifts in value orientations, cultural traditions, and moral paradigms among young people. The article analyzes the process of combining traditional and new, Western and local cultural elements, which results in the transformation of the youth value system and the formation of new social and cultural models of behavior. Special attention is paid to the crisis of traditional values, the strengthening of individualism and pragmatism, as well as the need to develop the qualities of an active and initiative-driven generation capable of adapting to the dynamic socio-economic conditions of contemporary Kyrgyzstan. The article highlights the importance of preserving national identity through the revival of language, history, and cultural traditions in the context of globalization-driven changes.
