This article explores the development of humanitarian diplomacy in Central Asia through the lens of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, with a focus on the practices of the Red Crescent Society of Kyrgyzstan. In a region marked by transboundary challenges, social vulnerability, and institutional fragmentation, humanitarian diplomacy emerges as a strategic tool for protecting human rights, fostering trust, and promoting inclusive development. The study analyzes the adaptation of global humanitarian principles to local contexts, including practices such as first aid training, disaster risk reduction, public health campaigns, digital mapping, and localization of aid. Special attention is given to the institutional engagement of humanitarian actors in policy-making and intersectoral coordination. The article concludes with strategic recommendations for strengthening humanitarian diplomacy in the region.
